George VondriskaFrequent author in American Woodworker and Woodworkers Journal, star of dozens of woodworking DVDs, Director of the WildEarth Woodworking School, Managing Editor of the WoodWorker's Guild of America, and Master Woodworker. He has taught woodworking for Peace Corps/Swaziland, Andersen Windows, Northwest Airlines and the Pentagon. George has had numerous magazine articles published, from tool reviews to shop improvement projects. |

Donna MenkeA woodcarver since 1995 and has been teaching the art of woodcarving since 1997. She graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a BFA in Studio Art and a BA in Art History. Donna uses her knowledge of art to create wearable art made from carved wood. She has been published in several woodworking magazines, how-to journals, and her book, The Ultimate Band Saw Box Book. Donna trazels the country teaching woodcarving and how-to make band saw boxes. |

Tim YoderTim Yoder is best known as the host of the Emmy Award winning Woodturning Workshop with Tim Yoder. The program has been carried nationwide on the PBS Create Network. Tim has been teaching woodturning for over 10 years, written articles for American Woodturner and in the last year has produced 4 instructional DVDs. Tim's easy going teaching style and his willingness to show his mistakes makes him a favorite among turners. |

Mike Van PeltMichael Van Pelt is a woodworking and machinery fanatic who loves to share his knowledge with others. Michael has worked in the woodworking industry for over 30 years, beginning his career as a woodworking instructor at the Cutting Edge in San Diego, Ca. |

Jon MorrisonJon Morrison is a life-long woodworker, starting work with his father's hand tools and power tools long before he was allowed. Following metal and wood shops in Jr. High, and continued design projects in High School, Jon decided on his chosen career in Industrial Design at the University of Iowa, graduating with the honors degree, BFA in ID. After serving in the USAF at Chanute AFB in Rantoul he resumed his formal education at the University of Illinois, fall of 1971, where he taught various courses in Basic Design, Interior Design and after graduating with a MFA in ID, taught Industrial Design as a visiting professor. |

Nick CioniSinger, songwriter, and luthier Nicholas Cioni began building stringed instruments while an undergraduate at the University of Illinois. Nick's passion for guitar drove him to study the Spanish tradition of classical guitar construction. Spanish style classical and Flamenco guitars are considered by many to be the most challenging guitars to build and demonstrate mastery in the art of luthiery. In addition to the classical guitar, Nick builds various acoustic and solid body instruments on commission. |

David "Mac" McDonnelI am the sole proprietor of McDonnel Fine Woodworking (www.mcdfww.com). I am an engineer turned woodworker who started building things out of wood when I was in 7th grade woodshop. I started to get serious about woodworking some 15 years ago when I could not find good enough quality furniture for the house. |

Jeremy TaylorJeremy began woodworking as a teenager, and went on to pursue a career building custom furniture. He was initially inspired during visits to the New England area, where he had the opportunity to study some of the finest original pieces of early American furniture. Through examining works from craftsmen past, years of thumbing through old woodworking books, and late nights spent in the shop, he has learned the time-tested ways and techniques of fine furniture making. Michael SargentMichael L. Sargent is a retired geologist who has been doing woodworking at some level for nearly 60 years. He is a charter shareholder in CU Woodshop Supply and has been an active participant in The DreamShop since its very beginning. Privately and at The DreamShop his broad experience includes making a rocking chair, a china cabinet, frames, tables, various cabinets, chests, book racks, drawers, boxes and turned pens. Mike has taught classes at The DreamShop making an Arts & Crafts book rack and a mission-style hall table. His first class at the CU Woodshop School will be to build frames for stained-glass projects constructed in cooperation with the FX Glass Studio. |

John GarrisonJohn began his woodworking career in 1976 as a cabinetmaker in a custom shop, then went to work building homes for a large national builder. |

Jerry RhoadsJerry Rhoads has been doing woodworking and woodturning all his life and has been a union carpenter since 1978. He became a serious woodturner in 2002 and a full-time woodturner a few years later. |

Tom TurgeonAs the owner of Boise Bows and Arrows, Tom Turgeon is a master bowyer and wilderness survival expert — specialties that spawned from a youth spent in the Idaho woods. He started making his own bows when he was seven because He wasn't allowed to have one and now travels all over the country, leading workshops on long bow building and arrowsmithing.
